I feel that self-care is necessary. I’ve been doing it all my life. But I don’t think it should be a privilege. Everyone needs time for themselves. Self-care activities include any hobby or action that brings your joy, including relaxation.
On most computers, click the download button. You will need an audio player to play the meditations. Most phones and computers come with the programs required. The PDF files will open in all the browsers I’ve tried.
No. But they are in black and white to be easier to print. The size is letter size—8 x 10. You can use the journal prompts and write in your journal. The planner is nice to have printed because of the habit trackers, but if you have Adobe or Goodnotes, you may be able to use it digitally. I have NOT tried it on Goodnotes. My iPad is too old. And you can read the guidebooks without printing them. A screen reader should be able to read the books.
Nope. You don’t need to pay for self-care. I usually recommend free options for self-care, but it still takes time. You don’t NEED this self-care bundle. It’s just if you want an extra push to start now. You know yourself best.
